What games are coming soon for PlayStation Plus? We reveal what fans can look forward to in the near future.
Every month, we keep you updated on our website about the current offerings from PlayStation Plus. Although Sony’s subscription service has managed to secure some top titles, it often doesn’t match the reputation of the Xbox Game Pass in the eyes of consumers. This makes it even more interesting to take a look at upcoming titles for the model. Currently, titles are circulating online that are expected to launch in July. We will tell you which games might soon appear in the PlayStation Plus lineup.
What is PlayStation Plus?
PlayStation Plus is currently divided into three different tiers. The “Essential” tier costs 8.99 euros per month and offers “free” games and access to online multiplayer on the PlayStation. The next tier, “Extra,” is offered for 13.99 euros per month and includes, among other things, access to Ubisoft+ Classics.
The third tier, called “Premium,” costs 16.99 euros per month. This includes cloud streaming for the PS5, trial versions of certain titles, and a classics catalog. The leak specifically refers to titles that are only offered in the “Extra” and “Premium” tiers.
PS Plus Games for July 2024
The leak comes from a well-known name, “billbil-kun.” We have previously reported on updates from this account. For the French website Dealabs, “billbil-kun” has listed seven titles.
The most well-known game is undoubtedly Crisis Core: Final Fantasy 7 Reunion. You can find an extensive review of this role-playing game from Square Enix on our site. Along with five other titles, its release on PS Plus is considered certain, according to the article. The only uncertainty is with Remnant: From the Ashes, where it’s not 100% certain if we will actually see this title.
